Printing a Test Booklet
This page will walk you through how to generate a printable PDF of an assessment.
To start, access your list of assessments and click on the administrations within the specific assessment that contains responses that need to be manually scored. From the landing page, click the View Assessments tile.
Once you get to the main assessment page, you will be presented with a list of assessments you are able to use. Go through the following steps to get to an assessment's details:
- Use the filter options on the left hand side of the page.
- Click on the Search button to filer down the assessment results.
- Identify your assessment, and click on the assessment title.
Once you are on the assessment over page:
- Click on the cogwheel button.
- Select the Print option.
When the print option is clicked, a pop-up will appears with a few print settings:
- Page Setup: You can choose between printing multiple questions per page or only have one question per page on the printed test.
- Settings:
- Include Answer Key: If questions are auto scored, the correct answer will be marked on the printed assessment.
- Blank Essay Lines: Choose how many lines are available for a student to write an essay response. You can choose between 5, 10 and 15 lines.
- Remove Question Columns: If a question has two columns, it will convert it to a single column layout when the assessment is printed.
- Click on the Print button.
The printable assessment will appear in a new tab within your browser. You can choose to print right from the browser window or you can save the document to a PDF for printing at a later time. Below is an example of a printed assessment.
